Original diagnosis/description

Ovoid pollen cone with numerous (about 30) microsporophylls arranged helically on a slender axis. Each peltate microsporophyll consists of well-developed deltoid distal lamina and narrow stalk. Three ovoid elongate pollen sacs, containing Callialasporites and Araucariacites pollen types. Pollen sacs free of each other. Stomata scattered on distal parts of peltate microsporophylls, each surrounded by delicate rim. Inaperturate Araucariacites pollen grains with finely granulate to scabrate exine surface co-occur with smaller, inaperturate, monosaccate Callialasporites pollen grains with finely granulate exine.
