Original diagnosis/description

Plants up to 140 mm tall. Five times isotomously dichotomized axes about 1mm wide, with decreasing length of successive dichotomy. The first dichotomy divides the plant into two asymmetrical parts. Terminal sporangia generally ~2.5 mm in diameter, subsphaerical to ellipsod sacciform in shape, placed on the ends of the latest extremely short dichotomies. Sporangia bear round structures 0.75 to ~1 mm in diameter. Other details regarding in situ spores or conducting elements unknown.
