Leaf petiolate. Blade attachment marginal. Leaf size notophyll. Lamina folded, each half oblong in shape. Base obtuse. Leaf margin untoothed. Venation basal actinodromous. Primary veins 11, lateral primaries slightly curved. Secondary veins simple brochidodromous. Tertiary veins mixed percurrent.

Etymology

The specific epithet refers to the Sanshui Basin, where the fossil was collected.
